Since Jira automatically links to a Confluence page when a ticket is mentioned some of my tickets have too many Confluence links and it is becoming increasingly hard to find the important COnfluence links in a ticket.
Is there any way to organize Confluence links in Jira?
are you using service management? check the labels on the confluence pages that link to the topic of the tickets.

Normally, this would be achieved through advanced JQL search (find Jira issues with linked Confluence pages.
Unfortunately, it's only possible on Server/Data Center with third-party apps like Scriptrunner Enhanced Search for Jira.
