Confluence installed via tar.gz and docker image work differently on our app on 7.16.0 onwards

Hi, 

I do noticed that our application (community forums) behave differently on as per title. Thus it doubt me whether the recent version was having similar code built for tar.gz and docker image (7.16.0 and 7.16.1). The issue was when our application work perfectly on confluence installed via tag.gz. However when I try pull docker image 7.16.0 and onwards, the functionality to list down all the page that act as topic wasnt appeared in the forums table. This wonder me whether there is a confluence diff that been installed via tar.gz and docker image. This issue also occurred on EAP docker version.
