Confluence space not created in JIRA OnDemand

We have had onDemand JIRA and Confluence for over a year and I went to create a project today and the associalted Confluence space. JIRA does not create the space, nor is there an option to create one. Also when I go to create a space in Confluence I only have the "Personal Space" option.

I am an Admin for the site and everything. Did something change?

I don't believe there is any automatic way to create a space in confluence from JIRA, but you should be able to create the space in confluence just by clicking create space under the spaces menu (at the bottom of the list). If that doesn't work, I would submit a support request if you are certain that you have permission to create spaces.
