When I click "Grant access" on the page "JIRA add-on is requesting access to Bitbucket" I get an error:
The add-on failed to be installed: Error calling installed at URL [URL]: 403 Client Error: Forbidden
Even though I am using an administrator account on both instances.
How do I get JIRA to get accepted?
For your information, my issue was eventually resolved due to assistance by Atlassian support.
First of all, the JIRA user used to make the connection, needs to have the site administrator role.
The Bitbucket user needs to be an administrator for the team account.
Be sure to delete the previous attempt BEFORE making another attempt.
In my case, not deleting the old attempt caused subsequent attempts to fail.

I have this exact same problem, and no idea how to fix it. When looking for answers, I found some indication that it was due to me being over my plan, which is not the case, since I'm on the free trail for JIRA and have fewer than 5 users on Bitbucket.
