Connect one MS Teams channel with one corresponding Jira project

mjohnson October 6, 2020

Hi,

Every time when I try to connect one MS Teams channel with one corresponding Jira project, I see all the Jira tasks from all the projects under each Teams channel. How to create one-to-one connection?

Thank you for your help.

Hi @mjohnson for this you need to install JIRA Cloud connector in MS Team under particular TEAMS Channel (click three dots, select connector, search JIRA, add to channel). Then Put that connector webhook URL in JIRA webhooks . Insert Jql :- project = abc , select the event in which you want to be notified like issue created, issue updated, etc...

Thanks

Hi Vikrant,

I appreciate your answer very much. And I did all of that except "Insert Jql :- project = abc". Where exactly the Jira project information should be inserted?

Thank you for your help,

Marina
