Connecting Jira To Microsoft Teams

When I trying to connect Jira to Microsoft Teams, the following error is displayed:

Failed to generate authorization link. Please contact your Jira Server administrator and confirm Application link for Microsoft Teams app has been properly configured.

Can you please help me with that? Thanks

Are you the Jira admin for the instance

Please check with your admin on whether the Teams integration is completed

Hi,

Thank you for your warm welcome and your advice. I checked steps link which you shared.

I aware that I couldn't access  this link;

https://msteams-jira-server.service.signalr.net/ --> 403 connection error

And it is not related with my firewall, could you try to access this link ?

Hi, URL in instructions is not correct.

After I changed it to https://jira-server.msteams-atlassian.com#

I was able to activate the connection.
