I have just finished setting up Salesforce Connector for Jira. I can successfully push data to a Salesforce case with no issues. But for some reason there is an issue with Salesforce updates syncing back to Jira.
When attempting to "Pull" data from Salesforce within the Jira ticket - I receive the below validation error:
Does anyone know why this may be happening? I have checked settings and permissions and nothing is jumping out responsible for this issue.
The SF admin has also configured the Visualforce pages to allow me to create Jira issues directly from salesforce. But again this is resulting in errors which look to be linked to the validation error.
Just for clarity - I am using the Connector for Salesforce & Jira by Service Rocket
Thanks
@Uche hi. hope you've managed to resolve the issue. If you're open to exploring alternatives to the tool you currently use, feel free to check out ZigiOps. It's a no-code platform, fully customizable (to fit any use case), and can sync any fields. It connects Jira and Salesforce bi-directionally so any change in one of the systems will be present in the other. Feel free to check it out (just for reference) and book a demo, just to see it in action.
