Unfortunately, service desk feature is not being able to deal with my customer demands and I'm considering disabling service desk feature on my account. Also, all the service desk customers must be migrated to regular users. Despite of licensing requirements, how can I change the customer login into a user login? - I've tried create a user login with the same information I have on customers and I got the error "there is an user already registered with this email".
I wondering if there is an script or an feature for that.

Hi David,
Unfortunately it's currently not possible to change Service Desk Customers to JIRA/Confluence users in Cloud instances. There's a feature request, please refer to JSD-959.
