Copy Date in Workflow PostFunction from DatePicker

I copy multiple custom fields from customfields to the summary using JSU:

Copy Value From Other Field (JSU)

• Copy Field Issue Type to: Summary
• Copy Field Employee to: Summary , append with separator: -
• Copy Field Start Date to: Summary , append with separator: -
• Copy Field End Date to: Summary , append with separator: -

It works fine except that the date in the summary includes the time representation although StartDate and EndDate are Datepicker.

Result looks like:

Work From Home - SP- 2020-06-25 00:00:00.0 - 2020-07-01 00:00:00.0

Can I remove the time representation? Other copy functions would also be fine.
