Copy / Delete feature for Jira

It's available in all versions of Jira that have the analytics in them.

If you head to the beginning of the documentation on Add Atlassian Analytics to an existing site, you will find the following information:

Only customers with Cloud Enterprise plans for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, or Confluence can add Atlassian Analytics.

More information can also be found on the product website Atlassian Analytics Overview.
