Copy Select List (Multiple choices) to Group Picker (multiple groups)

Hi,

I have been trying to solve this problem for days and now I will give this community a try. (Excuse my english)

Background to this is that I cannot limit a group picker field to only include the groups that I want so therefor I made a list with the groups that have the same name as the real groups. I could not find a standard solution and I could not find a way you select new filters for selection.

First case; Select list (Singel choice) to Group Picker (Single group) and this went well. See below
