'Copy Value From Other Field' is only supported for Jira cloud?

Hi

I just moved our company's Jira from the cloud version to the server version.

but I've just noticed that there is no 'Copy Value From Other Field' post-function as default in the server version.

Should I use an external add-on to use this basic function that Jira cloud supports already?

Or am I missing something??

This is a known issue, that Server does have fewer capabilities than cloud. Go for the Jire misc workflow extension (JMWE) or JSU.  borth are worth any penny. in a server enviroment.

For the server version I am afraid you would have to use an add-on e.g. JSU
