Core functionality

Hello,

We have subscribed to the Jira Software licence for one year.
We have no core users.

The core licence expired a day ago. Some functions are disabled (for example, creating new elements).
The red banner said "You can no longer view JIRA Core features"

On the page https://confluence.atlassian.com/migration/jira-7/server_jira_license-upgrade?_ga=2.233348503.809449090.1531902145-896105811.1531750644, it says "A JIRA Software license gives access to JIRA Core functionality plus access to software development features, such as maps, integration of development tools and the ability to create software development projects".
As far as I understand, this means the Jira software licence includes the core module

What do we need to do to get it working again?

On the application entry page, it says :

Atlassian no longer offers personal support for Starter Licenses

Contact the nice people at atlassian. They should be able to help you out with a new license.

If you renew or upgrade your current JIRA license after JIRA Software is released, you'll receive a JIRA Software license (not a JIRA license). You can receive maintenance and support for your existing JIRA application under a valid JIRA Software license until you're ready to update the version of software you're using. Your bill will reflect the pricing for JIRA Software, even if you haven't updated your application.
