Corrupted project issues page after enabling JIRA Ultimate Role Tracking & Estimation add-on

After enabling add-on, all pages like http://company-jira/browse/project-key/issues become corrupted. See screenshot attached. Disabling add-on helps.estimationUpdate-bug.png
