Wanting best way to disable accounts to reduce monthly cost.
@Quinton CampbellCurrently I use an account management policy.
- Every week I extract users
- Filter which ones are more than 45 days without logging in (disables the tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence))
- Filter those who are more than 180 days without logging in (disables the instance user)
In your case, as it is a monthly plan, I would recommend something like more than 2 weeks without logging in and you disable it.
Maybe with Atlassian Access I can help you (however I can't help you at this point since I don't have it)
