How to get rid of this error? I tried to install and uninstall greeenhooper but without success.

The correct solution is to install Greenhopper, no need to activate, go to custom fields, remove Sprint and uninstall greenhopper.

Fields are locked in JIRA Agile.

Check the versions of GH you are installing match the Jira. And that it supports the sprint type field!
