I have created a custom DNS in my Microsoft Azure account and set up a record set with the DNS details provided by Atlassian to verify the domain. However, the domain verification status in my cloud instance remains unverified and I waited for 48 hrs, still my domain not get verified. Could you please assist in identifying the reason for this
welcome ! Usually, this is straight forward. Would recommend running a DNS check and see what the errors are. Sometimes the DNS may not be propagated properly when Atlassian is verifying. The other issue is that the record was not copied over properly to the DNS.
If you still having issues with the above points check, then would reach out to Atlassian to see on your cloud instance if there is something else going on.
