Could we import users in Jira Cloud using CSV ?

Hello,

I wanna ask.. Could we Import Jira users using CSV import?

Currently, we need to import 80 users but we don't wanna do it one by one.

You could try contacting Atlassian Support and see if they can assist - this post (albeit from 2021) suggests support might be able to help.

Otherwise, I'd look for an app on the Marketplace that could assist - for example...

• BulkOps App Free - this is a free App
• Advanced User Manager for Jira Cloud
• CSV User Importer for Jira
• ...or another app from the Marketplace

Adding to @Ste Wright suggestion above, our marketplace app, Jira CLI is perfect for bulk actions! It allows you to create hundreds of users from a CSV file with a single command (runFromCsv).
