Create Jira comments by duplicating from Stash

We would like to achieve this kind of automation:

When we create comment in Stash for a PR:

JIRA_COMMENT: This comment will be in Jira after publishing

It will automatically create a comment in Jira under related issue ticket

Is there any available plugin or idea how to create this? Actually how can I get the comment under stash PR feature?

What does path in /REST/API/1.0/PROJECTS/{PROJECTKEY}/REPOS/{REPOSITORYSLUG}/PULL-REQUESTS/{PULLREQUESTID}/COMMENTS?PATH mean ?
