Create a new ticket in Jira based on @mentioned in GitHub

I want to create a new ticket in Jira automatically based on the mentioned team in the Git Hub comment.

I've made a js script that picked up the @mentioned from GitHub and create a sheet.

Jira tickets were created from the above sheet.
