Create dynamic sprint report

I want to create a dynamic report  to be used in a JIRA dashboard.

The filter should be able to give me #storypoints committed and Completed /removed for a given sprint across various JIRA boards.(Projects)

Is this possible in JIRA without using the Rich filter add on .

Like 

Sprint one (From to To )

Team  Committed Completed Removed

I would suggest creating a dashboard and adding the Sprint Health gadget for each of your teams. The gadget (for one team) looks similar to this:
