Create linked Issue

Hi, 

when i create a linked issue, a new Ticket is created and get a new Number, is there anyway in Jira that the new ticket get not only a new number from the new projekt but the old number too ? I wish my quesiton is clear

When you link issues to each other both will have a link to its new counterpart under a field titled "Linked Issues". If you do not see that field then you will need to add it to the desired screen. 

Go to the Administration page, select Issues>Field Configurations and locate Linked Issues. If your desired Screen is not listed then click the Screens button and add this field so it will appear on that particular screen.
