When I try to create a new user from my browser, I get a: "maxResults must be positive" error message.
Can anyone help why this is happening?
I found the problem. I think I had Support users and I deactivated Support, but the users stuck somewhere and I cannot list them.
I was able search them and delete them to be able to add them again.
Hi Attila,
Looks like you've hit this bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-6178
It's trying to ignore email addresses that already have accounts, and giving a dodgy error message when all of them do.
Let us know if this is not the case.
Cheers,
Geoff

This could be true if it is comparing email addresses. I just tried to create a dummy user with a different name but my email addres, for our support desk, so the issue collector can use that user. I got this error. How would I do this, if this bug blocks that?
