Create on Transition for Jira- Bob Swift Add-ons

i am trying to add a Description using Bob Swift, i am getting blank. where i am add custom field 

  %customfield_10011% was enabled on, %customfield_12007% by %parent_assignee%.

Please use the substitution variable %original_customfield_ID% or %parent_customfield_ID%. Make sure the original issue where you are performing the transition has a value for the respective fields. Refer to the documentation here.
