Create versions from CSV import

Hello,
I would like to use the "Import Issues from CSV" feature of Jira.
However, I have a bunch of versions to create as well (which are linked to the issues I have to import) and I don't find any way to do it through a CSV import. Is it even possible or am I obliged to create them manually?

Unfortunately, REST API and network-related solution cannot help me.

First, create the versions in the jira-project you want to import issues to.

Then do the import issue from csv, and choose to migrate Versions/Fix Version/s and map the values in csv with the values in Jira-project.

Actually, I wanted to know if there is a way to create the versions through a csv too.
Creating all the versions manually does not seem very handy to me.
