I am trying to generate reports for certain time (6-months) showing the details for the Jira created along with the first response and the time it took for the Jira to be done so basically I need:

Jira Created VS First time response VS Jira completed (Done).

Thank you.

Hi, @ahmad.qassem

You can also consider other solutions from the Atlassian marketplace:

  • Time in Status for Jira Cloud automatically shows time each issue spends in each status (including historical data, before the app was installed).

So you'll be able to generate reports on how long issues stay in Created VS First time response VS Jira completed (Done) for 6-month or any other time.

  • SLA Time and Report can count the SLA data you need using Jira gadgets. More instructions you can find in documentation.

These apps were developed by my team, so I'll be happy to help you if you have questions.

Hi @ahmad.qassem ,

As an alternative, you can try Status Time app developed by our team. It provides reports on how much time passed in each status as well as status entry dates and status transition count.

Once you enter your working calendar into the app, it takes your working schedule into account too. That is, "In Progress" time of an issue opened on Friday at 5 PM and closed on Monday at 9 AM, will be a few hours rather than 3 days. It has various other reports like assignee time, status entry dates, average/sum reports(eg. average in progress time per project). And all these are available as gadgets on the dashboard too.

Here is the online demo link, you can see it in action and try.

If you are looking for a free solution, you can try the limited version Status Time Free. Hope it helps.

Hi @ahmad.qassem ,

You can do this with Time to SLA.

Time to SLA has detailed SLA reports feature and also a dashboard gadget that you can use to show stakeholders the number of met/exceeded/in progress SLAs.

Detailed reports contains the elapsed time (the time it took to SLA to be finished) and you can export this report to Excel for further analysis.

It also has one of a kind features like SLA panel, ability to show SLA panel in customer portal and SLA target date.

Please let me know if you have further questions.
