I have created a column and named it "Backlog" and then updated status for that column in the workflow with the same name.
I know that if the ticket isn't made for that status it can't be shown in the column, but even when I choose that exact status it still doesn't appear in that column.
Can you please help me with it?
Thank you
What type of project are you using here? Is this a company managed project or a team manage project? If it is a CMP then you need to be sure to map the status to your column. This is done under board settings - columns.
This is a team managed project.
Under the board settings right now I don't see the option to map the statuses with the column.

Disclaimer: I rarely use TMP but we'll see what I can do to assist here.
if you click on the cog wheel to the far right of your board it should take you into a page where it shows your columns and statuses. Can you have a look and see what you see there?

@Jack Brickey I found the solution. During the process was so inattentive that didn't move status to the column.
Thank you for your responses!

Thanks for sharing the info. This is a platoon-managed design. Under the board settings right now I do not see the option to collude the statuses with the column.
