Hello all,
Please I need someone to walk me through the backlog. I raised tickets which could be found on the kanban roadmap. The next day, I later realised that, all visible tickets on kanban board would suddenly disappear of the board and the stored in the issue backlog. How can I prevent these from happening please?

Try to check you Board setting by:
Go to "Configure board"
select column tab
then align the status in column and add column if needed.
Note: all ticket with a status included in Kanban backlog column will be display in backlog menu.

All issues when created go to the first Status in your workflow. Typically that is the Backlog status.
