Creating Form with option to select different projects

Hi Team, 

I am trying to create a form for users to enter the details and observed this form is creating under specific project but no option to create generic form and select the project within the form .

Hi Trudy - I also have the need to create a generic form that allows one to set the project.  The scenario is a governance meeting that needs to record action items (custom issue type) for the various projects presenting in the meeting (different every meeting).  Other than using the Jira Create button is there another alternative where a URL on a sharepoint site to the Action item form could have this feature?

I recommend that you start a brand new Question post in the community, describing your requirement and environment in detail. Doing so will make you question more visible to the community at large.

Jira Cloud is evolving so fast that 2 year old information, as in this post, could easily be outdated.

Creating a generic form is not an available feature. Forms can only be created per project.

What problem are you trying to solve? Perhaps if you tell us more about your use case we can suggest and alternative solution.
