Creating Reports/Dashboards based on Associations (Salesforce)

Looking to create a dashboard/widget displaying the customer names (salesforce association) and the related dollar amounts. It doesnt seem to be a field/option. Is it buried somewhere I am missing?

Can we confirm if you are using the ServiceRocket's Salesforce JIRA Connector?

If that is indeed the case, there is no widget or dashboard available at the moment to display the Accounts associations. However, there is a report feature that you may find to be useful: 

You can add the a Salesforce field/custom-field into the report via Connections > Configure > Fields. This will reflect what fields will be displayed in the report.
