Creating a Data Center Compatible Bot App

I’m working on a bot integration project for our company, where the bot will run in Microsoft Teams and communicate with our Jira Data Center (v9.4.12). We also plan to use Confluence as a knowledge base. We look forward to your guidance and support.

Create an internal account(service account) and use those credentials in MS Teams to communicate with jira.
