Hello Folks,
I have been struggling trying to figure this out! We currently have a custom field called "Team" which contains over 16 unique Engineering Teams in our company. All engineers are assigned to 1 custom field team in Jira.
Currently problem? QA and Helpdesk constantly assign the wrong team to the current assignee. This a big problem with reporting metrics.
Question - Is there a way to create a rule to specify "John Doe" should ALWAYS be on "Team Alpha"?

We currently do similar things as that on a Post Function on a Transition within the Workflow using the JMWE add-on.
