Creating project roles?

Cannot seem to locate the create project roles screen on the OnDemand version. Where is it?

Hi, does http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA000/Managing+Project+Roles help? Administration -> Users -> Roles -> Add Project Role. Andrew

There is no such path in the OnDemad Jira: Admin -> Users -> Roles

The link used to work, looks like Atlassian have moved/deleted it. Does the Google cache version help?
