Creation of an epic Custom Issue

Hello, I want to know if it is possible to create an issue that has the same characteristics in operation as an epic. Is it possible to configure this in my version of Jira?

Doesn't look like it's possible.  The best you can do as a workaround is create a custom link type for issues, but it won't behave the same way as an Epic on the boards.

Another option to consider is the Structure App, which will allow you to create a larger hierarchy than the "Epic -> Story -> Subtask" one in vanilla Jira.

Can you please elaborate your needs?

In case you want the new issue type like "Feature" to behave like Epics in the Jira Software board then that is not possible. The Epics -> Story -> Sub task hierarchy is built into Jira Software. You can use other apps like Advanced Roadmaps or Structure to visual and create your own hierarchy on top of this though.
