I created an automation rule to send an e-mail everytime an item with priority High or Highest is created, an e-mail be sent to relator and responsible.
Checking log audit I can see the system records that the e-mails are sent but nobody receives them
Hi Jack, thanks for your reply. I have others rules sending e-mails that are working fine, only for this specific rule that I use for created items that is not. For all of these rules the send e-mail configuration is the same.
Hi @César Trevisan , if the audit log is showing success then it likely is being sent. Maybe it is in Junk? Here are some suggestions.
Try creating a simple manual rule that sends you an email. If it works the try editing the original rule and only send to you. Then test that rule by creating a Highest issue.
