I created custom labels (see below) in a project to sort the different types of labels instead of using the generic "labels" field. However, when I move the ticket from this project to another project, the labels get dropped.
How do I get a label type show up in another project so that the labels stay? They aren't available as options in the Project Settings of any other projects.

Add them in the target project screens as well.
Navigate to Settings>Issues>Custom field and search for the custom labels and make sure that they are available on the target project screens.
