Crowd does not reflect user/group changes to applications

I'm using Active Directory linked to Crowd.

I added a user in a group: the change has been reflected in the Crowd interface.

However the change has not been reflected to Jira, nor Confluence.

The problem started yesterday for no reason at all. Jira and Confluence say synchronization completed successfully.

I notice there is an open ticket which have raise to our Atlassian developer to work on it. In the mean time, you could refer to these ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-2417. Please vote on it for popularity issue and add yourself as watch list to keep you updated in future.

I solved this issue by upgrading or reinstalling every software I could find.

I am experiencing a similar problem, but only on a single user.
