Crystal Reports with Jira

Hi .

Is there any way I can connect Crystal Reports with Atlassian Jira Project Management Software (v7.11.0#711000-sha1:ff06e53)to create charts like this ?? Think that Creports can be connected with Microsoft's DB products , If it can be connected with Jira back end DB / or directly connected with Jira through any plugin  ,Is there any issue with consistency??

This seems possible using CData JDBC Driver as mentioned in their KB at https://www.cdata.com/kb/tech/jira-jdbc-crystalreports.rst
