I am creating several reports dealing with the work flow of our software engineering teams. I want to show how much work or manhours that are being put in over the standard 40 hour work week. I am looking to see how many hours each engineer is putting in, The potential for work overload leading to burnout or stress could be affecting other work assignments. I also want to be able to show the need to hire more engineers or switch/add engineers from other projects to reduce the workload to get the work back on schedule thereby reducing the bottlenecks and to establish the potential budget needing to do so.
I should have added that I would like to see/add a mean.... mode .....medium line of average hours work by the team.
