Custom Cascading Select is not showing

I have added couple of custom cascading drop down select options to the screen.  It shows up on the create issue screen but not on open issue screen.  Same issue is happening with custom tab too.  I have added the custom field to all available issue types.  Is there any other setting that I need to change?

Hi Deepak, 

Have you added those custom fields to edit issue screen and view issue screen?  You need to check your screen scheme to identify,  how many screens you have to attach with your new custom fields.

Navigate to the Custom Fields page, locate the desired custom field and choose cog icon > Screens.
Select the checkboxes of the screens on which you wish to display this custom field.

Thanks for the quick response, Rakesh.   I am new to Jira, please bear with me.  I don't see separate scheme for edit/open issue.  I have added it to all the schemes that I see on 'View Screen Schemes'.
