Custom Fields for A4J - Paragraph & Select List (Multiple Choices)

Hi there,

Our team has a portal setup where all requests are submitted to the team. When a ticket is submitted via the portal, the ticket is lands on a shared project/board (Where all team tickets are submitted to) and then a duplicate ticket is created on the relevant team's project/board using A4J (e.g, Team 1, Team 2 etc.). 

I currently have 2 x custom fields types that I cannot seem to automate (Paragraph & Select List - Multiple Choice). I have tried using {{issue.customfield_10430.description}} or Copy From Trigger Issue etc. and they don't seem to copy the information over from the portal ticket to the team ticket. Not sure I am using the correct smart values but I cannot seem to work it out. Does anyone know the answer?

I too have the same issue and am unable to use a custom field that is a Select lis (multiple choices) in my automation (using the custom field number or name).  Does anyone know the answer to this?
