Custom Plugin Requires Tempo Core - but is loaded before Tempo is Loaded at startup

I have a Plugin which requires Tempo

@WithPlugin("com.tempoplugin.tempo-accounts")

However it loads prior to Tempo fully loading and causes the following error:

nullorg.codehaus.groovy.control.MultipleCompilationErrorsException: startup failed:General error during conversion: Requested plugin is.origo.jira.tempo-plugin was not installed/enabled, compiling source unit

How can I load Tempo before my custom plugin?

i think it would be beneficial that you post your complete script and explain the context where it is supposed to run.

What versions are you running?
