Custom field First Response time

Is there a plugin or gadget for First Response Time custom field? I was directed by the JIRA option here: https://developer.atlassian.com/docs/faq/plugin-framework-faq/what-happened-to-studio-plugins-atlassian-com

but do not see it. WIll it work for JIRA 5.2.4.1

There's a "Time to First Response" field created automatically when you install the Service Desk plugin.

It did not install automatically so i had to add it as describe in the notes.https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JCHART/JIRA+Charting+Plugin. There are no instructions to insert the headless java parm. What folder? The link takes me to generic oracle screen for Djava.awt.headless=true

I already had the headless=true option but the fields are not populating

I never had to do any of that headless mode stuff. The fields were just there after a restart. Sorry I can't be of more help
