Custom field Team is locked

Since the Team field is not working, we are unable to work in JQL.

@Gnanabaskar , I do not understand your post. Could you possibly add more details into what issue you are running into and what question you have?

i assume there are more than one "Team" custom field, so to use your "Team" field in jql, you should use the field id, which is visible by hovering in the action column of custom fields on your team custom field over "view" or any other pull down entry, then the ID appears in the lower left corner of your screen. 

if using the specific fieldId in jql, you get your results as expected
