Hi - I am trying to copy custom fields from Jira Service Desk project in automation rules so I can create a ticket in Jira Software which includes these custom fields. Is this possible?
Eg new custom field Internal Deadline created and visible in Jira Service Desk ticket
I want to create a Jira Software ticket that includes this field
And auto close the Jira Service Desk ticket
I have tried ${sourceissue.internaldeadline}
This would require add ons as it's not possible to automatically copy custom fields currently
