Custom fields in JIRA

Can you create custom fields in JIRA that are required? Or are all custom fields optional?

Hi Carol

Yes you can! ;) You just need to make then required when browsing then at Issues > Custom Fields. There will be a "Required" option at the right of the correspondent custom field.
