Custom plugin which is working with java 8 and jira 9.4 is not getting enabled in jira 9.12

Hi Community,

I am facing a problem with a custom plugin.

The custom plugin is working fine with java 8 and jira 9.4. But its not getting enabled with java 11 and jira 9.12.

The plugin is building properly with java 11 and when we run atlas-run, the plugin is getting deployed but not getting enabled.

@TSRaghavendraUpadya It is very likely that there is an exception or other sort of ERROR level log when the plugin system tries to install the app.

Find that in the log, because it will tell more about the root cause.
