Custom sub-task not visible in Create sub-task

Marcin April 23, 2018

Hello,

I recently added a new sub-task type to Jira and would like to view this in one project.  The schema of the project has the custom_sub-task added to it. It is associated with Issue Type Scheme in the project.

Custom_sub-task is available when I want to convert one type to another. The problem is only when I want to create a sub-task. I don't see custom_sub-task.

In other words I would like to choose custom_sub-task when going to: More->Create Sub-Task -> Issue Type (only sub-task is available)

Could you help with finding the cause?

I would double check this step. Is it really a subtask type? Does not look like it -from your description.

Hi Danyal,

I checked this step.

I can see it in Administration under Issue Types -> Sub-tasks. It's on the list of sub-tasks, below the standard Sub-task. There is also information that Sub-tasks are currently ON.

Anything I should do more to be able to use it?
