Customize Error message 'It seems that you have tried...'

Hi, we disabled the possibility to clone issues in certain status (by adding properties in the workflow). When the user tries to clone the issue the following error message appears:

"It seems that you have tried to perform an operation which you are not permitted to perform. If you think this message is wrong, please contact your Jira administrators."

Now this message is confusing for our users. It would be helpful to customize this and add something like "In this status it's not allowed to clone issues". 

Is that possible?

I've looked into this a little bit. It may be possible to use an i18n workflow property to translate the Clone option into something like "Cloning not allowed", but you'll have to find the right property if one even exists.
