Customizing other user's dashboard and filter

Here is a strange question;

Can a jira administrator (or jira system administrator/super-user) is able to customize other user's dashboard and filter?

From JIRA 4.4.x ownwards, jira-system administrators can manager other users filters.

For working on other users dashboards, you may need to use the su plugin.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I think SU plugin will do the job greatly and it is a very useful plugin.
